Abstract Submission Guidelines

- All topics relevant to the Ultrasound in Medicine will be considered.
- Abstracts should contain a maximum of 500 words including a title and author information.
- The presentation formats of accepted abstracts are scientific presentation and e-poster presentation.
Submitters will be asked to indicate a preference for the presentation format during the abstract submission.
- Abstracts reporting on research or investigations must include results.
- Statements such as ¡°findings will be reported¡± are not sufficient and the abstract will not be accepted.
- Abstracts must be submitted electronically through the congress website.

Young Investigator Award

KSUM has been selecting the best speaker among the oral presenters under the age 40 every year since 2003.

Prior to KSUM 2010, abstracts submitted for this award will be evaluated. Three selected abstracts will be informed to the presenters individually. The abstracts will be presented and evaluated during the ¡°Young Investigator Award¡± session (May 14, 2010). Basic research papers might be preferred.

For the awardees, a prize of KRW1,000,000 will be provided. If you would like to challenge this award, please inform us when you submit an abstract.
